How to login at HotSchedules online services
If you are new to the services of HotSchedules, then you could begin by simply going to the login page and registering yourself on its website by clicking on the New Customer Sign Up section. Once you click on it, you will be routed to a new page, where you will have to provide certain personal details and also create your login id and password. Once you are done with it, you can log in to your HotSchedules page.
Step 1: If you are using the HotScedules software for the first time then we recommend you to first sign into your newly created HotSchedules account.
Step 2: Once you log in you will see a number of tabs. To fix your schedules, you need to explore the Schedules tab. Once you click on it, click on the week for which you are fixing or making the schedule for and select it.
Step 3: To create your schedule, select Method 7 which is – Edit a Schedule and the Next button.
Step 4: Now click on schedule, select it and do the required editing.
Step 5: Once you reach the scheduler, it would be best to spot the Use auto scheduler setting. This is can be easily located in the Toolbar functions of the HotSchedules. These toolbars are generally present on the left side of the screen. Once you are able to find the toolbar, all that you need to do is to click on the button that has Go written on it.
Step 6: On clicking the Go button, will make the Auto Scheduler box appear on the screen. This box gives the user the freedom to compose some new extra settings, which can be applied later to the user’s shifts. For instance, by using the Auto Scheduler button the user can adjust the number of hours that are allowable for the employees at the maximum.
Step 7: Now that you have created and confirmed the settings created as per your choice or work schedule, select the Continue box, which is located at the end of the page.
Step 8: Next Select Cancel box to close the scheduler without operating the tool.
